Psychiatric evaluation and management of various psychological condition like, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar disorder, Major depression, various Anxiety Disorders-OCD, GAD,PTSD, Panic, Social Phobia etc.

Evaluations includes, patient complete the required forms for initial evaluations, then seen by either a PA or MD on the initial interview and follow ups at frequent intervals to manage the response and side effects of medication.

We do accept all most  all insurances and individuals who are willing to pay for the service out of pocket etc.

Without insurance initial visit $200 and follow up visit $100
